I had made an appointment with Jim, which I had to cancel due to a scheduling confict on my part. He didn't complain about the cancellation, but instead suggested he might be able to work us in that evening.Sure enough, he called and said he would be right over, if it was ok with us. He showed up a short time later, quickly diagnoised the problem, made the repair, checked other parts for wear, and gave instructions for prolonging the life of the machine. All in all, it was a professional and very pleasant service experience-a rare occurance today. WE WOULD RECOMMEND HIM HIGHLY!!
